Our quality studies is a common responsibility and way of living of our vendors. In order to be a leader on quality in our activity subjects, we believe to fulfil all expectations of our inner or outer customers with great care , and we accepted this as the base of our mission.
Quality constitutes the common and main ideas of our mission and vision To be a leader on our activity subjects , constitutes the first of our duties By a dinamic revision , we should realise the expectations of our both inner and outer customers at a high level . We should move with a team conscious . Because all common decision are taken as this. Protection of the working environment and environment conscious should be adopted by all workers. Every newly joint vendor should be directed to total quality Documents should be delivered ,filed and protected carefully. The protection of our institutional image that is reached to our customers , is the responsibility of our workers and vendors. Quality is targeted to be produced rather than to be a controlled item . Business moral is the most important aspect of quality Quality policy based on a “complete customer pleasure” principle. Customer demands are changed due to today’s competition conditions. Customer pleasure is the main philosophy of competition. It is impossible to compete without taking quality, cost and time items into consideration. “A continuous development “ is a key for success. Our main philosophy is to take quality fore for each process and for each product, to decorate with modern equipments, education, team business, and to pass over each day with different steps. The target is “ Zero Defect” . Our quality perceptiveness which is started with customer demands , continues with conception, production, transportation, sale and after sale services. We strengthen result of those multifunctional studies with education and “we take our way to total quality” Our quality policy is to increase our service quality in order to be an answer to the needs of our customers. Each of our director and vendor should be ensure about the following items * Executing the necessary aspects of quality
* Providing continuity of quality
* Continuos development of quality level
