Description:

X-RAY POLYURETHANE 4+1 VARNISH is a two pack polyurethane based reaction curing finishing system which is designed for high quality semi gloss and matt appearance.This product results a slippery film with different gloss levels which resists chemicals (like detergants, fruit juices) and physical effects. Surface has smooth appearance with scratch resistant property.

Application Field :

X-RAY POLYURETHANE 4+1 VARNISH  can be used as a topcoat varnish which is designed to be used on wooden surfaces previously primed with any of cellulosic, polyurethane, acrylic and polyester sealers.

Uygulama Metodu

Application Method :

Before application surface should be cleaned from sand dust. Polyurethane Non Stratch Varnish is prepared according to mixing and dilution ratios given above and is sprayed in 2-3 cross-wise applications. It is applied directly by spraying on the surfaces which was  previously sanded by any of Ünlü Polyurethane, Cellulosic, Acrylic or Polyester sealers. 15-20 minutes must be passed in each applications. Application should not be done under +5°C and above +45°C.

Dikkat Edilecek Hususlar

Warning:

Packages must be closed after use. Especially hardener must be closed immediately because of the reaction risk with the moisture.Since the system contains volatile and flammable solvents, ventillation should be applied in the workshop. Product should be kept away from flame and sources of ignition.
