Description:

Wax-free air drying unsaturated polyester resin based primer. It is a white primer which has high filling power. It results a well filled surface with easy sanding properties. Prepares a perfect surface for topcoat.

Application Field :

It is used to fill the pores of  all types of wooden surfaces like veneer, MDF, chipboard and solid wood to prepare an ideal surface for cellulosic, polyurethane, acid curing, acrylic or polyester top coats.

Uygulama Metodu

Application Method :

The accelerator should be thoroughly dispersed in the sealer, then the proper amount of hardener has to be added to the volume of mixture aimed to be used at one time . The catalysed mixture should be applied with a suitable spraying equipment as soon as possible in two or three crosswise applications.Time lag between the coats must be less than 30 minutes. 961-0631 Ünlü cellulosic thinner may be used for thinning purposes   (max 10%). Before application, the surfaces should be cleaned from dust and oil. Primer should be sanded after 4-5 hours in summer time, 12 hours in winter time by using sandpaper no. 180-220 first and sandpaper no. 360-400 at the end.
